Deck and head surfaces are precision-machined flat to eliminate micro-leaks and restore proper compression ratio.
All air and coolant passages are ultrasonically cleaned, removing internal rust, scale, and carbon residue unreachable by conventional hot-tank methods. This process ensures unrestricted airflow, stable cooling, and improved thermal management under continuous operation.
Every remanufactured compressor is bench-tested under simulated engine load to verify pressure-build rate, oil carry-over, and cut-in / cut-out response. Only compressors that meet or exceed WABCO factory flow and leak-down standards are serialized, logged, and cleared for release.
