After reassembly, every cooler is pressure-tested to 125 PSI on both the coolant and exhaust sides to ensure 100 % circuit separation. Mating flanges are precision-surfaced to OEM flatness for gasket-tight sealing, and each unit is oven-cured to relieve weld tension and stabilize the alloy prior to packaging.
