Every dryer receives upgraded BRV high-temperature O-rings throughout the sealing network, extending service life under high heat and vibration. Internal valves, pistons, and purge assemblies are lubricated with HP-870 synthetic grease—a premium high-temperature compound engineered to prevent galling, carbon binding, and moisture intrusion.
A genuine Bendix D-2 governor is installed and calibrated for precise 135–150 PSI cut-in / cut-out operation, ensuring consistent brake-system response and air-tank recovery. Before packaging, each dryer is purged, neutralized, and moisture-free, guaranteeing clean, ready-to-install performance.
